RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are dedicated to making you happy, and buying from us is risk-free and simple. We understand that ordering eyewear online can be tricky. 

EXCHANGES
Products that are unused & returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days are eligible for an exchange. Then, if you'd like, we may make a swap for something of equal or lesser value or offer you a store credit.

RETURNS
If a product is faulty or damaged, and an exchange is not wanted, a refund will be offered. Please return items within 14 days after receiving.

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS
Step 1 - Print and fill out our returns contact form. Returns and Contact Form
Step 2 - Securely pack your order including our completed returns form 
Step 3 - Ship them back to us with address on our return form.
Step 4 - Once we receive your return please allow 24 hours for us to process your return. We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund along with any relevant information you may require.
